Click on the (?) At the bottom right of your screen to chat with Simon. Ask to speak with a human. Choose the options closest to your issue. Then submit. Hopefully they will get back to you quickly as US roaming add ons start right away. Explain your situation and ask for a credit. Keep an eye on your private message box for a little number to appear when there is a message. It's the envelope icon at the top right of your screen.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
