Hiw come my phone not working in the us i have the international plain and cant get or make call or text.

Buying a US roaming add-on is the only way to use your phone in the US.

International calling as part of your plan means you can make international calls and texts WHILE IN CANADA only.

You need one of these add-ons, unless you have the $60 plan that includes US Roaming.

If yes, then your phone should work in both Canada and USA.

Otherwise with any other PM plan, you need to purchase a US Roaming add-on for your phone to work while in USA.

Which phone do you have? Have you tried restarting your phone?

Try connecting to AT&T or T-Mobile network?
