I went to put extra data of 10 bucks on my account but accidentally put us romaing data and I dont go to the states so can we fix this ?

You'll need to submit a ticket via SIMon to moderators who will be able to give you the correct add-on. Click here: https://publicmobile.ca.ada.support/chat/

When interacting with SIMon chatbot, type in 'talk to rep', then select 'contact us' then select 'submit ticket' and follow the rest of the prompts.

Your post is also in the wrong place, so I'm hoping @Luddite is still around, or perhaps one of the other oracles can repost it under the relevant heading for you.
