      <description>&lt;P&gt;I went through the sim activation process and received a confirmation email but the sim has not activated, I cannot log in, I cannot change my password because my email is not recognised, and the phone number i chose does not work when trying to verify my identity.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help!!!!!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

SIMon will eventually show you the "Submit a ticket" button. Click on submit button to get the create ticket screen.&lt;BR /&gt;Moderator wait time is up to 2 days.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If that is the case, you should be able to redo the activation in a couple of hours; open a new incognito window when doing so.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
