My account is locked out ive forgotten my passowrd how can I resset it for acess to my self serve.

Your account maybe locked if you had tried too many time with failed attempts.

Create a moderator support ticket using the ? button at the right side bottom corner of this page.
Keep asking SIMon to "contact human" for one or more times. SIMon will eventually show you the "Submit a ticket" button. Click on submit button to get the create ticket screen.
Moderator wait time is up to 2 days.

@Stevebos To reset the password, you will need to send a private message to the Moderator_Team with your account info.

Click forgot my password and try resetting or click to chat on public mobile
