Access your selfserve and select the change sim card option on the first page. Enter the new sim card. Declare your phone found and insert the new card into your replacement phone. Phone number etc will remain the same.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If your phone was an Android device you might be able to find, lock, or erase a lost Android device.
