Hi! Yesterday I purchased US roaming by accident when I was trying to get long distance calling. Today my account appears to be suspended due to not having enough funds which its weird because I have autopay set up. How can I fix the add on added by accident and what could be a reason for the payment situation.

If you click on the ? You can communicate with public mobile directly, only they can fix that.
