Autopay reward?

I just signed up with Public mobile and I understand that autopay automatically gives a customer $2/month to be used in the next renewal period.

When does that reward amount show up in the self serve my account? I thought it would show up right away?

On my rewards screen, this is shown

As of today your estimated payment is: $120

Due Nov 1, 2016

Plan Cost (Including Discounts) $120

Total Rewards earned

Available funds in your account $0

As of today your estimated payment is:

Actual amount may change based on account activity prior to your payment due date.
10 day plans are not eligible for rewards.

My autopay is enabled.

Did you enable autopay during the initial set-up? That's what I did, and it gave me a $6 credit on my account.

Welcome to Public Mobile!

Yes you are correct that you get a $2 / 30day reward for using autopay, which will normally be applied to your next cycle. And yes, the autopay reward will show up on that screen. When I originally set up autopay, I also seem to recall it not showing up right away, but did show up in plently of time for the renewal. I'd say give it a couple weeks and check again.

(Note that you don't have to have autopay on the whole cycle to get the reward, you get the full reward as long as autopay is on at your due date.)

It also shows up in the Transaction History.

If it doesn't, than either you didn't enable AutoPay correctly during sign up or something wrong in the system.

In any case, PM staff member will take a look and see what went wrong.

Thanks for replies.

I did double check my account and auto pay is enabled.

I did check the transaction history, but no reward or autopay is mentioned.

So now what should I do? Do I just wait and it will show up automatically?

I am on the same boat here, enabled auto pay last night while signed, but did not show....

at the same time, system was not able to verify my PC world elite MC, had to change to another TD visa

I have the same problem. I already signed in this autopay option. but the reward does not show up.

I managed to fix it

1. Disable autopay

2. Remove credit card info

3. Enable autopay

Voila! That did it for me.

Hope it helps you guys as well.
