topic $15 Plan in Get Support

Just recently, I am unable to contact anyone from my list as an automated message tells me that they are all international calls (they're all within my city). I have not gone over my 100 minutes so I don't understand why I am getting this message. If anyone has the same problem or can help me out, it would be greatly appreciated!

The second message won't prevent calls and only causes a delay.

If you still have minutes and you are able to call by dialing the number directly then check to make sure that you device is not adding an incorrect prefix When dialing the number from your contacts.
