      <title>Porting Issue &amp; Not being able to submit a ticket</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi - Today at 1PM MST i ported my number from Bell to Public Mobile. I can make outgoing calls but I am not able to recieve calls or text messages. I put a 40.00 payment my account but still no canges.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried to open a ticket through the help area but it would not let me submit a ticket - everything in the form was filled out and verified but the submit button did nothing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help as no one can get ahold of me.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/108191"&gt;@Bolsson&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;when you initiated the port, &lt;SPAN&gt;you can make outgoing calls, but incomming calls do not get through, this means that the number port was&amp;nbsp;partially done.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;Have you restarted the phone?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it doesn't start working after that, you might need to contact moderators to complete the port for you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can click &lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt; to send a private message to the moderator team.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
