Data Usage History

Hello,

I have a 5Gb plan, the data is used up for the month. When I go into history, select the last 30 days, and sort by data useage, the lines only add up to about 1Gb. What am I missing here?

The PM data counter is usually accurate. Sometimes, after renewal, the data counter fails to reset. That might have happened in your situation.

If you feel that there was an error, you could contact moderator to check your account. Click on the quesiton mark on the right lower corner of website to start ticketing process to get moderator help. You can type: Contact Moderator and then follow the prompts.

did you click on the second thrid etc pages?

Ok, Thanks. I went back to confirm I did that, the data useage ended halfway through the second page. I decided to click through all of the pages, when I got futher in to page 13, 14, 15 etc, there was more data listed. I went back to page one and sorted by usage again, it now sorted correctly!? must be a glitch in the sorting. Solved problem thanks
