    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am getting the Not registered on the network this morning.seems that a lot of folks are having trouble around the province. Tried using the submit ticket feature, and 404 error.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If this is a widespread outage, how about posting a notice About it, or at least fix the ticket system.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/22437"&gt;@CS_Agent&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Telus and Bell experiencing cell service disruption in parts of Ontario.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://downdetector.ca/status/telus/" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://downdetector.ca/status/telus/&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Issue is being looked at and there are reports of service returning for some clients.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
