Is there or will there be an app released on Google play store or for Ios for account management like other service providers have?

There is not. But it's been talked about alot over the years.

Research an app called hermit. It helps turn sites like to this and PM self serve into lighter quicker app like pages.

You might even have some fun.

There is no official app for PM.

This could happen in 10 years or it could be never. Public Mobile has not said anything about it.
