Its a good thing you noticed by monitoring your account. A moderator will certainly look into what is causing this to happen and correct the issue and restore any data from your add on that was mistakenly consumed. You may want to consider the $40 plan as well...an extra 3.5gb for only $5 more. Its much better value for money spent....or depending on your usage the $25 plan is $10 cheaper with 1gb of data. $10 is a lot to pay for only 500mb more data.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I got my promotion of flash sale which gave me 500MB of bonus data $35 plan base on 1GB data&amp;nbsp; and unlimit talk text plan.Then as everyone knew,&amp;nbsp; we got 1GB free promo and never expired until being used.In my understanding,every month 1GB plan addon data will consumed first,then&amp;nbsp; the flash bouns 500M secondly,and the never expired 1GB&amp;nbsp; free promo will be consumed lastly,but in fact after the 1GB monthly&amp;nbsp; addon date, the never exipired 1GB free promo date be used secondly, the flash promo 500MB become the last.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It is not fair precedence,as my $ 35 plan which including promotion addon 1.5GB data first, then the never exipired 1GB come into my account,how do your guy think about&amp;nbsp; my case?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The guided process will facilitate documentation of the issue or concern and the required resolution which will be submitted to the moderator team.
