I would recommend that you access your PP account and redo the verification text setup.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Maybe try changing the number that is registered with PP to another temp number (spouse or other family member) and see if it works. If yes, then change back to your number.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;No, we've been with Public Mobile for 4 or 5 months at least.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't know how to change the number as you suggest.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

There should be a link that will allow you to access your account using an alternate method. Once&amp;nbsp; you are able to&amp;nbsp; access your account try changing your security settings.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I would highly recommend you use a 2FA app for paypal since it is more secure, also independent of your phone number in case of SIMjacking..&lt;/P&gt;</description>
