I have been a public customer for almost a year. I have a$40 plan unlimited talk.

Wanted to add long international long distance, bought $15 add on,but it doesn't work?

Deducted from my payment,but no service?

Any suggestions?

@Urszula2019...make sure the country you wish to call is on the list below...

400 International Long Distance minutes

Included countries: Canada, China, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, India, Italy, South Korea, Malaysia, Mexico, Poland, Portugal, Puerto Rico, Singapore, Spain, Thailand, United Kingdom, United States, and Venezuela.
