I keep getting an email reminder to setup a self service account. I already created an account a couple a months ago. Is that normal?

There have been issues in the past where multiple messages were being sent out. Not sure why you are getting it after months of being with PM though.

If you are already able to see your account info then as mentioned it is probably a glitch.
