100 Minutes?

Hello,

I was looking at the $15 plan and saw it has 100 minutes for calling are these anytime minutes or minutes within a certain time.

For example Primus Wireless offers 250 Daytime Minutes (7AM-6PM). this means before 7 AM and after 6PM calling is free and doesn't use any minutes.

The 100 minutes is any time, Canada wide, outgoing minutes and unlimited incoming minutes.

All other currently available plans with call minutes have unlimited Canada wide incoming + outgoing minutes.

There was a $10 plan with 50 Canada wide incoming + outgoing minutes which is no longer offered by PM

You get 250m if you use autopay

TextNow with restricted background data consumes about 30.

They give you free Canadian number and unlimited talk and text to Canada and USA.

It's best companion to 13 plan.

500 minutes for $5 add-on is also excellent option, very affordable.

Incoming minutes are gold, I would never trade them for unlimited evenings and weekends. It's when you call gvmnt or support that you use up most of your minutes and that's usually 9-4. TextNow is great for that.

Could I buy that 500 minutes add-on for one month and have it roll over so I have more spare minutes?

Once you have a regular plan, you can also get that 500 minute Canada wide calling add-on. Unused addon minutes roll over until used up.

Yes. Just the unused of the 500 will rollover. The 100......use them or loose them😀

No but why would you want a restriction? If you're concerned with running of minutes, you should consider the $25 plan.

There are no time use restrictions at all. As long as you have an active plan with unused minutes in either plan or add-ons...you're good to go.

Until now, we 've been conditioned to accept restrictions with cell phone providers. Not so at Public Mobile.

That's opinion. I see It as the opposite. Its not free but included. I see it as a restriction because it's not unlimited all the time.

Uh. I think you are confused with other NON PM plans.

Like free calls from 6PM one day and 7AM the next day.....and sometimes free on weekends. I had a Telus plan like that in 2000. 49.99 a month and including all calls in BC and Alberta.

I'm not sure why everyone is confused about the minutes with free calling between certain times. Please look at my example it is a real plan offered at another provider. You all have iterated that Public Mobile does not offer this sort of thing.
