      <description>&lt;P&gt;I can make phone calls but can't receive calls. Texts don't work at all. My account is still active with bell. The port only went half way through. I have tried submitting a ticket but it won't let me hit the submit button.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What do I do now? Is there not someone to talk to?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
