i dont have myaccount setup and lost my phone how can i reactivate my sim now?

@mobivom you'll need to contact the moderator_team to help you with that. Click on the question mark on the right hand side of the page and start a conversation with Simon the chat bot and get a ticket and the moderators will get back to soon

Only moderator can access your account. Create a moderator support ticket using the ? button at the right side bottom corner of this page.
Keep asking SIMon to "contact human" for one or more times. SIMon will eventually show you the "Submit a ticket" button. Click on submit button to get the create ticket screen.
Moderator wait time is up to 2 days.

After you can access your account, select [Plan and Add-Ons] --> [Change SIM card] to change your account to use the new SIM card.

If you have lost your SIM then you'll need the moderators to change it for you.

If you have acquired a new phone then you probably won't need to change the SIM. You can snap the smaller SIM out of a larger SIM and move the SIM from the old phone to the new.
