Hello, I submitted a port number request from Rogers. And while I can call out using my Public Mobile SIM and phone, any calls received are going to my old phone. Any advice on how long this might take before it's completed?

Wonderful - thanks! Just wasn't sure how I'd know when it was completed. But if I'm due to get a text message, that's perfect. Thank you!

Any much more than that from Rogers to Public Mobile would more likely to be a porting failure due to incorrect Rogers account information.
