      <description>&lt;P&gt;PM only offers roaming in the US.&amp;nbsp; You could purchase a sim like Gigsky or use wi-fi apps like TextNow, Whatsapp, or Skype.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The only reason to remove the Public Mobole sim would be to insert a different carrier's sim that does work there.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
