Cannot receive calls from time to time

I have been with Public Mobile for a few months. Works perfectly most of the time. I notice recently incoming calls fail to come through intermittently, forwarded directly to voice mail. Nothing wrong with phone. Full signal all the time. Any idea why this is happening? Thanks!

Do you have some numbers blocked by accident?

Do you go into dnd mode when you volume down?

Is there any pattern in failed calls ( your location, certain callers, certain times)

Do you have privacy/spam filter on your phone

If none of these can explain you may consider contacting moderators,

You can try the lost/stolen trick. Log into your account and select plans/add-ons tab, report phone lost and suspend service, log out and wait 5 mins and log back in and report phone found and resume service, then restart your phone.

One other thing to try is top up your account with one dollar and restart your phone.

If nothing helps then do as suggested earlier and contact moderators.
