      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I added $ 8 dollar for US roaming but i did not work. It has 10 days expiry but I am not going to use it. I think they will charge me.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How can I remove add on US roaming which i never use?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If you're not going to use it, the roaming add-on will fall off after 10 days. It won't auto renew. Could a long distance add-on been purchased in error?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/106835"&gt;@ntamang1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Generally, there are no refunds with prepaid service like Public Mobile. &amp;nbsp;If you bought the add on, you were already charged..... &amp;nbsp;it is a prepaid service. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Which specific roaming package did you purchase? &amp;nbsp;Do you see the roaming add on in your overview page under the Add on section? &amp;nbsp;Buying an add on is a 2 step process: need to load up funds, then purchase the specific add on. &amp;nbsp;Did you do the 2 steps?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If so, just leave it and it'll be applied to your next regular plan renewal.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you actually bought the add-on in err, you likely not gonna get a refund as the mistake was yours.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
