      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you activated the plan at retail outlet the promotion is not valid. Online only. Contact a moderator by submitting a ticket if you did it online. Click ?, bottom right, and follow instructions. You should then be credited with bonus data.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
