      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Iws tracking my wife's number from rogers to Public mobile. Her ROgers number is xxxxxx0344. Because the autofill option enabled in the browser, the number that filled itself became xxxxxx8449 - and sim got activated with my Visa. Now i am paying for the wrong number amnd my wife's rogers number is still active, how i am replacing the number to the right one on the Public Mobile simcard?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/106532"&gt;@VladKot&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You will need to contact moderator to fix the porting error.&amp;nbsp; The port will not be completed since you got the wrong number, with the account number, etc.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Click on the question mark on right lower corner of the website to start the ticketing process to get moderator help.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In the meantime, you can insert back the Roger's SIM card and it should still be working.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

SIMon will eventually show you the "Submit a ticket" button. Click on submit button to get the create ticket screen.&lt;BR /&gt;Moderator wait time is up to 2 days.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Can you please try to initiate new port in plans and &lt;A href="https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/Overview/plan-and-Add-ons/msisdn-swap/" target="_self"&gt;add-ons&lt;/A&gt;, then click change my number, then select to transfer number.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It may work if you didn't use that option since you signed up&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Was that your Rogers number?
