      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you make immediate change or did you schedule it for renewal?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you change immediately you will lose everything you paid for without being prorated and reimbursed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you withdraw 50 from your credit card and then apply the change?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What amounts were you billed 50 and 100&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Screenshot of your payment history with sensitive info blanked out would help&lt;/P&gt;</description>

It happened to my mother. we contacted via moderator and they credited the amount back &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":slightly_smiling_face:"&gt;🙂&lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
