Dialed another number until I got to voicemail and it registered 49 seconds being used on my plan. Hope that helps!&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I can't imagine a phone company in the world (other than because of a glitch) that charges a minute for a call that never went through.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I will say that a call can be considered completed without the caller knowing. If an "answer" is done after a ring but the outgoing caller then hangs up, it's possible that the outgoing caller won't hear anything but the call having been completed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
