      <title>texts not sending!!</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've been using public mobile for years, and it was always fine, but recently my texts stopped sending. Incoming texts and all calls still work. My plan is fully paid, and I have unlmited texts on my plan. I also already tried restarting my phone, and even reported it lost/stolen, turned off my phone, then turned it back on, and then reported it found.... nothing helped!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any suggestions?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Try sending a message to yourself. I had this issue once with Telus, and the tech support gave me this advice and it worked for me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What kind of device?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/94840"&gt;@Renee2215&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You may want to try your PM sim card in another phone. &amp;nbsp;To help determine whether it is a hardware issue versus PM service problem. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Depending on your phone, you may want to check the text APP. &amp;nbsp;Clear cache or reset text app. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Other things to try:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Toggle airplane mode on, wait a few minutes and then off.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Network reset. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
