Hello,

How does it work for add-on calling US roaming ?

When does it effective? Eg: if we go to US on Tuesday, should we add-on for today? in advance? or we have to wait till the day departure to US?

if we are in US, do we get charge if we have incoming calls from Canada?

can we make phone calls to Canada from US cities?

Please advise.

Hi, buying add-ons are a 2 step process.

1. Add the funds to your account.

2. Use the funds to purchase the add-on you want.

You can buy it just before you leave Canada. The roaming add-on will expire after 10 days.

@Ththng1The US add on is active the moment you had purchased it, for 10 days.

Once you have purchased it and made sure you have Roaming On on your phone and selected either ATT or TMob as your provider you will get incoming calls from Canada for free.

You can also make US calls.

With roaming talk U.S. add-on, you can receive calls from anywhere when you are in the U.S.

Public Mobile doesn't have charges. It doesn't work if you haven't already paid.
