      <description>&lt;P&gt;My previous phone # has been ported over from Virgin Canada but when I insert the PM SIM card the notice comes up "network locked sim card inserted". This is a Samsung Galaxy S5 Geo that was used on another network prior to Virgin.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi you need to contact the original provider who sold the phone to you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;By law, they are required to help you unlock it at no charge even though you are no longer their customer.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
