      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/106090"&gt;@Savannah100&lt;/a&gt;, are you certain the SIM card is defective?&amp;nbsp; I have had a hand in too many activations to keep count and never once have I encountered a bad SIM card.&amp;nbsp; Check the self serve account associated with the "defective" SIM card and see if there is any account related problems affecting the service.&amp;nbsp; You can go to the change SIM option and be able to see the last 4 digits of the SIM card that is registered to the account.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/106090"&gt;@Savannah100&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It really depends on what's wrong with SIM card. &amp;nbsp;Sim card are rarely defective, but possible. &amp;nbsp;Did you activate two different lines? &amp;nbsp;One line might have activated properly, while the other line has not. &amp;nbsp;Or if you ported lines over, one might have been successful, while the other not successful. &amp;nbsp;More details about your situation may be helpful to determine what to do next. &amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Best to submit a ticket to PM to reset the problem account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To submit a ticket to Public Mobile do the following:&amp;nbsp;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-center" image-alt="PMST.png"&gt;&lt;img src="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/skins/images/3EE541C79C8343FEBC7BA0F5AD79EDBE/responsive_peak/images/image_not_found.png" alt="PMST.png" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
