I registered 50/ month on 24th September and this is the second month I use. I also registered automatic top- up.

I don't understand why I am charged $45,20

You did not receive the $2 Autopay discount, which would have brought your plan down to $38 + tax, or the $42.94 you were expecting.

PM did not gave you $2 autopay during renewal. PM is aware of the issue and is fixing it. Expect to receive your $2 autopay reward soon.

They are working on systemic issues regarding rewards at this time so you should see any rewards owing when they're done.
