The PUK of the sim card relates to security so that no one can use your service without permission. You would need this code from the moderators.

If your phone is asking for the SIM Network Unlock PUK, it is locked to a different carrier. In that case you would need that code from the original carrier or the manufacturer. You would also need to get the SIM Network Unlock PIN.
