    <description>&lt;P&gt;Do you need to select new number or transfer?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Are you in process of opening the account?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If that's the case once you choose new number and open account you can login to your self-serve and &lt;A href="https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/Overview/plan-and-Add-ons/msisdn-swap/" target="_self"&gt;transfer number&lt;/A&gt; any time, unless you are with Koodo prepaid, then you have to contact moderators&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Provide your account# with your previous provider, the name on the account and your previous phone number.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Also, make sure you open a new incognito tab in your browser. I used Chrome regular tab at first and it gave me an error.&amp;nbsp; I logged out and signed in again in the incognito tab and it worked!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
