      <description>&lt;P&gt;I bought a voucher from Walmart, the transaction was successful.&amp;nbsp; When I entered the PIN I got a message saying the voucher was invalid.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Who is responsible for fixing the problem?&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Walmart or Public Mobile?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
