Or when putting it in a phone?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the first wait an hour and retry, if second try sim in a different phone.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Try removing it and reseating it.&amp;nbsp; If you have another phone then try swapping the sim.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is the phone locked ?&amp;nbsp; Did you use it with a previous provider ?&amp;nbsp; If so then you would need to contact them to unlock it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/220053"&gt;@KrisG&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;where did you see the error message?&amp;nbsp; From the phone?&amp;nbsp; You were able to activate without any problem?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Try to put the SIM in another phone as well and see if it works.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you put in a second phone and got the exact error, it could really be a SIM problem.&amp;nbsp; If you got it from a retailer, maybe you can get them exchange.&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;Or if you get it from PM, you can open a ticket with them and they may send you a new replacement&lt;/P&gt;</description>
