      <description>&lt;P&gt;Issue #1&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi, i have 2 accounts, both have valid cc with autopay... both accounts got suspended. Both ccs expire in march of 2023. Ive had auto pay, so im so confused both lines have been suspended since yday.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is super frustrating.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tried to do a onetime payment via online, it stated there are enough funds. Then i tried calling via *611 then the bot stated there is an issue with the cc.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How do i get my lines working again?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Issue #2&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also, just found out i have been triple and double charged on one of my accounts.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How do I get PM to look into this for me?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If you live in multi-unit building, don't use the unit # or apt#. Just use the building number.&lt;BR /&gt;2. If the postal code on your statement has a space in the middle, left the last digit out. PM check the first 6 characters of the postal code only including the middle space.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After new cc entry accepted, test it by adding $1 to your account.&amp;nbsp; If it works, add more fund to cover the re-activation of your current plan.&amp;nbsp; Let me know how it goes.&amp;nbsp; Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Autopay definetly randomly selects a very small percentage of accounts to fail during renewal. Sometimes triggered by changing to a lower priced plan. I have noticed once it does fail it will often fail the following renewal as well. I and many others choose not to rely on it. A few days before renewal I will log in check my usage, rewards or whatever....and just manually add any funds necessary to top up the account. Never have to worry about it failing and I still get the autopay reward. As a precaution when I do anything to the account versus look at it I will always clear my browser and use secret mode. The moderators have been on top of their game lately&amp;nbsp; hopefully you'll have everything cleared up by tomorrow.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
