Payed with voucher, service not initiated

Payed dir service with a $40 voucher from Avondale on Dunn Street in Niagara Falls, and service was not initiated. I was concerned if this may be a problem on my end with the phone company or if the store may have misprinted my voucher.

Did your $40 show up in your Available funds in your overview page in self service account? What does your payment history show?
