If you have data, make sure your APN is set correctly and data is set to on. If that fails put your SIM card into a known working phone to narrow down if it is the problem with your phone or Public Mobile&lt;/P&gt;</description>

These days those updates can be a few hundred to a gb or 2 in size.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
