    <description>&lt;P&gt;Both brand new numbers from public mobile or ported numbers from elsewhere? Porting can take a few hours to complete but sounds as though it may have been more than that now.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Activated two phones at dealer.&amp;nbsp; One phone has mobile data, but no calling&lt;BR /&gt;The other has calling but no mobile data.&amp;nbsp; Four people at dealer tried for 3 hours&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;no solution.&amp;nbsp; Both phones are telus network compatible.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Sent private email, no reply so far.&amp;nbsp;Any suggestions? Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for your help.&amp;nbsp; After 9 days, mods &amp;amp; London Drugs could not resolve.&lt;BR /&gt;Swiched to Koodo, put in sim cards, both phones worked great.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
