Alternate Phone Number Regex Help

I was trying to port my number to Public Mobile but on the 2nd page in the alternate phone no field I put my another no then it's showing me "Alternate Phone Number Regex Help". I tried with different Phone numbers but it is not working.

I can certainly help you activate your new account, can you please send me the following ? (via private message);

1- your SIM card number

2- full name

3- complete home address

4- email address

5- alternate number

6- whether you'd like to port or have a random number

7- if you wish to port, I will need the phone number and the account # + PIN# associated to that account.

My husband has tried to do the switch from his carrier to public mobile however is unable to, possibly due to "alternate phone number regex help", how does he proceed?

Try shorting his name or changing the province. It's helped a few people.

i have tried shorting his name, but this did not work.
