Just wondering if anyone using an iPhone is having trouble sending picture texts to android phones, I can't seem to send mms messages to android phones.

No problem for me sending pictures / texts from iPhone SE to or from android. Make sure data is turned on, on iPhone.

Turn off iMessages then back on in 5 minutes.

Check your settings: Settings >> Messages >> iMessage ON, Send as SMS ON, MMS ON >> Send & Receive: should show your phone number and Apple id email address.
