When someone call my PM number , every time need to call twice , First time always connect to the voicemail . The second call can be made .

How is your reception?

How many rings do you have set before passing to voicemail.

How many times does this happen and can you boil down the times?

What shows on your call log? Can you take some screenshots?

Do you have anything phoneset that you could borrow to try your sim in?

You can also contact moderators to reprovision your account

@kevinqqh Check your phone settings and make sure you don't have any type of call blocking/filtering enabled within your contacts.

@kevinqqh on iPhones and most android theres a setting in the do not disturb menu for repeated calls get thru! Kinda sounds like that, the setting is if a second call comes in within 15 minutes from the same number then the phone will ring

@kevinqqh sounds like you accidentally turned on do not disturb mode on your phone.
