If you have a registered credit card or if you have a voucher you can make the payment in the 611 service and it won't need a PIN.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you're talking about your login id for the web site self-serve then you can try the Forgot your password? link.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Failing all of that then you'll need the moderator.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
