You can pay through the 611. Do you mean your password to access your self-serve account? Did you try to click on FORGET MY PASSWORD?

Do you mean password for your online account to log in? If paying by voucher you can also call *611. It you can contact moderators

You need to send a private message to moderator to change your PIN.

If you did not delete the text messages sent by PM right after activation, you can find you PIN number.

Yes. If you have a registered credit card or if you have a voucher you can make the payment in the 611 service and it won't need a PIN.

If you're talking about your login id for the web site self-serve then you can try the Forgot your password? link.

Failing all of that then you'll need the moderator.
