Make sure roaming is turned on and also try restarting your phone. If you still can't get it going and you have made sure that the correct add-on appears on the landing page of your selfseve account then manually search for either ATT&amp;amp;T or T-Mobile and try connecting to the network.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the add-on does not appear on your selserve landing page then you need to purchase the add-on. Purchasing an add-on is a two step process. First you fund your account and then you need to purchase the add-on.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The data will not work until you've connected to either of T-mobile or AT&amp;amp;T. Make sure roaming is enabled on your phone. Cycle phone off / on.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Anything help ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
