      <description>&lt;P&gt;my payment was due on may 13, i was&amp;nbsp; sent a text&amp;nbsp; thanking me for it on may 13,@12:O2. Now on may 23, my phone was suspened and it is&amp;nbsp; telling me a payment is due but it is not due till june 12. What can I do to fix this? it was only active for 10 days instead of the 30 that I paid for&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;You could try the lost phone trick to reset your account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;To report your phone stolen. Login to your selfserve account. Choose Plans and Add-ons tab. Choose the Lost/Stolen Phone tab. Choose Suspend Service tab. Wait a few minutes. Report your phone found.
