    <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've tried reporting my phone as stolen but that option isn't available to me for some reason, I keep getting an error screen. I've also tried adding $1 but now when I try to make afull payment, it says my account is already balanced.       <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I had the same thing happen to me last month.&amp;nbsp; On your renewal date it should be changed back to active.&amp;nbsp; Do you have autopay setup ?&amp;nbsp; If you do, check your credit card activity.&amp;nbsp; If you still have problems then contact a moderator. It could be error on your account page but still works.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If service is not working, try setting phone as lost/stolen and then enable it again after couple of minutes.&amp;nbsp; That might reset the account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
