      <description>&lt;P&gt;I put a Public Mobile SIM into a freshly factory resetted iPhone 4s and I did not need to do anything to have the full service working.&amp;nbsp; I wonder if a simple network reset may do it.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Go to unlockit.nz or something like that with WiFi on and use safari to install what is called an APN profile.&amp;nbsp; FYI. With this option Remember you will get data and iMessage working but Regular MMS messaging won't work because again you are unable to add or edit the MMS APN settings.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
