Sorry, but you can't. Short of a law enforcement/court order, any permanently deleted messsages are gone.

Yes I meant voice mails and I edited my post. But can any phone company reverse a delete like that? I have never heard of anyone I knw doing that.

I do not access my voicemail very often but I do definitely recall that some do or did offer the ability to restore deleted voicemails. but only within a limit...so it depends on what you mean by permanent. Some would only allow restoring deleted VMs as long as you have not disconnected from your VM, others agave a window of time, like 24 hours.

But to TBH I do not recall which one(s) and if they still do.

Figured it out. Telus allows you to recover deleted voicemail IF you have not quit your call. Then there is an option to retrieve messages you just deleted, which in most other cases would be permanent.
